If spam is being posted by bots, we can add security measures to prevent their registration. While there are ways to prevent posts containing certain words, it can end up being annoying if your posts are blocked mistakenly, especially if you've written a long post. I've encountered this on a few fora myself. Right now, forum activity is slow outside the dev fora, so it shouldn't be hard to catch these things if it's actual people posting them. When the server goes live and forum activity gets going, we'll probably just have to depend on moderators to spot such topics and clean them up.

I've added a required 'Are you a spam bot' field at creation. While we cannot disable logging in based on that without hacking the phpBB, it'll help us see who's a real user, and who's a bot.
