- On the side: whole wheat penne pasta w/ freshly grated parmesan cheese and tomato and feta salad w/ raspberry vinagrette.

Wow, impressive presentation! My meals all tend to be random mushes of various (albeit very healthy) foods.

Yummy. These will come in handy in my futile attempt to learn how to cook.

Tonight's dinner: Italian Chicken Cutlets
- For dinner: breaded chicken breast with lemon wedges.
- On the side: Ratatouille Niçoise (a medley of eggplant, bell peppers, zucchini, and tomatoes seasoned with cayenne pepper, fresh thyme, and fresh basil), whole wheat baguette, and stuffed roma tomatoes topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
- Wine: Chardonnay
- Total cook time: one hour and fifteen minutes (should have been 45 minutes, but I prepared things out of order)
My wife and I don't live fancy, but we do enjoy good food. When I was a child, I told my mom I didn't care if I was rich when I grew up; I just wanted to have enough money to have fresh fruits and cheese in the house. Looks like my wish came true:

In my fridge right now: sixteen different types of cheese.

Tonight's dinner: Rib-Eye Steak with Thyme
- For dinner: rib-eye steak with fresh thyme.
- On the side: barley with sage and thyme and zucchini sautéed with sun-dried tomatoes, paprika, and fresh thyme.

I dunno why everything had thyme in it tonight. Maybe because I have Green Day's "Time of Your Life" stuck in my head. Squatting Monk

Tonight's dinner: Nutty Pear Salad
- Romaine salad with red pears, avocados, and Gorgonzola topped with caramelized pecans and a homemade red wine vinaigrette.
Been working on my photography some, as I'm trying to start a food blog. Got a friend who's already in the business helping me out.
